Jay is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and skilled at working one-on-one with Buyers interested in purchasing real estate throughout the Greater Eastside and Seattle. Jay pursued Graduate Studies at the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Washington, and brings a wealth of knowledge regarding of appraisal, market analysis, marketing and local market trends to any real estate transaction.
